• "Website" means the website located at www.topdog.pub and all its pages.
• "Venue" means any TopDog Pub & Grill trading premises.
• "Booking" means a table reservation or venue enquiry communicated to us via WhatsApp.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, logos, menu items, promotions, and other material published on the website.

This website is a display and information website only. It allows you to:

• View information about our venues, menus, and offerings;
• View current promotions and specials;
• Initiate contact with us via WhatsApp for bookings and enquiries;
• Access directions to our venues via third-party map links.

This website does not facilitate online orders, online payments, advance deposits, or any e-commerce transactions. No binding contract for goods or services is concluded through this website.

This website provides WhatsApp links as a convenient means for you to contact us regarding bookings and venue enquiries. The following applies to all WhatsApp-based booking enquiries:

• A booking enquiry submitted via WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking until you have received explicit confirmation from a member of our staff.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the relevant venue at the time of confirmation.
• We do not guarantee availability for any requested date or time until confirmation is provided.
• We do not accept booking deposits or payments via WhatsApp or through this website.
• There is currently no formal cancellation policy in place. Should this change, these Terms will be updated accordingly. As a courtesy, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend a booking.

By messaging us via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to that communication, and that your message is transmitted via WhatsApp's platform (operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), which is beyond our control.

Menu items, prices, and promotions displayed on this website are provided for general information purposes and are subject to change without notice. In particular:

• Menu items and their availability may vary by venue and are subject to change at any time.
• Prices displayed for promotions and specials are correct at the time of publication but may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period and at participating venues.
• In the event of a discrepancy between prices displayed on the website and prices at the venue, the in-venue price at the time of your visit shall prevail.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. A contract for the supply of food or beverages is concluded only when an order is placed and confirmed at the venue.

Top Dog Holdings holds a valid liquor licence in terms of applicable provincial liquor legislation. The following restrictions apply:

• The sale and consumption of alcohol at our venues is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years and older, in accordance with the Liquor Act 59 of 2003.
• Proof of age (valid South African ID, passport, or driver's licence) may be requested at any time at the venue. Entry or service may be refused if adequate proof of age cannot be provided.
• This website displays alcoholic beverages and related promotions. By accessing this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is 18 years or older.
• We will not knowingly serve alcohol to any person under the age of 18, to any visibly intoxicated person, or to any person to whom a court has prohibited the supply of liquor.
• The responsible and moderate consumption of alcohol is encouraged. Do not drink and drive.

The following rules apply at all TopDog Pub & Grill venues. These rules are in addition to any venue-specific rules posted on-site.

• For matters relating to the Moreleta (Pretoria) venue: the courts of the Gauteng Division, Pretoria;
• For matters relating to the Rustenburg, Potchefstroom, or Klerksdorp venues, or to the website generally: the courts of the North West Division, Mahikeng.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights to approach any court of competent jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable legislation.
