How It All Started
From Humble Beginnings
Top Dog Pub & Grill was born from an unexpected opportunity. A husband and wife stumbled onto the chance to open their first location, and with no prior experience in the industry, they figured it out as they went. The first few months were rough. Then, before they could find their footing, COVID-19 hit — restaurants were forced to close or severely limit seating, and survival was far from guaranteed.
What kept them going was their customers. A loyal and loving base of regulars showed up when they could, ordered food for delivery, and refused to let the place go under. That support meant everything, and it shaped the way Top Dog operates to this day. Eventually, a trusted friend was brought into the fold, and together they built something that has grown into four branches and a reputation that speaks for itself.
These days Top Dog is known as the dog in town. They still serve the same community that carried them through the hard times, and they give back where they can — because they know what it feels like to struggle. The focus going forward is not rapid expansion but excellence — ensuring every branch delivers food, service, and atmosphere to an exceptional standard before anything else.
The philosophy is straightforward: alcohol tastes the same everywhere, so Top Dog prides itself on a diverse menu executed with expertise — steaks, sushi, burgers, pizza, Mexican, and more — each made with the care of a specialist, served in an atmosphere that feels like home.
