1. Entry & Conduct

• By entering Top Dog Pub & Grill, all patrons agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who does not comply with these terms.

• No firearms, weapons, or dangerous items are allowed on the premises. Security checks may be conducted upon entry.

• No biker colours, gang-related clothing, or offensive attire will be permitted inside the venue.

• Disorderly, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to remove any patron who poses a disturbance.

• No underage persons are allowed unless specified for family events. A valid ID may be requested for age verification.

2. Alcohol & Beverage Policy

• No outside alcohol or beverages are allowed. All drinks must be purchased from the bar.

• Drink responsibly. Top Dog Pub & Grill reserves the right to deny service to any patron who appears intoxicated.

• Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in removal from the premises.

3. Safety & Liability

• Patrons enter the premises at their own risk. Top Dog Pub & Grill is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• Management will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur on the premises.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in permanent banning from the venue.

4. Dress Code & Behaviour

• Patrons must adhere to a neat and casual dress code.

• No biker colours, gang insignia, or offensive clothing are allowed.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire or behaviour.

5. Smoking & Vaping Policy

• Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas.

• Any patron caught smoking in non-designated areas may be asked to leave.

6. Event & Booking Policies

• Private bookings and events must be pre-arranged with management.

• Deposits may be required for reserved tables, private functions, or special events.

• Refund policies for bookings will be communicated at the time of reservation.

7. General Conditions

• Management has the final say in all matters regarding the enforcement of these terms.

• Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in removal from the premises and/or a permanent ban.
